Volume 17 of Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei is slow， even by the series standards。 Very little of the plot is moved forward and there is no action。 The entire novel is just different people reacting to the shocking news revealed at the end of volume 16。 We do get to see a little more of the Ten Master Clans inner workings and their relationship with the Japanese government but otherwise it's still pretty bad。 Volume 17 of Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei is slow， even by the series standards。 Very little of the plot is moved forward and there is no action。 The entire novel is just different people reacting to the shocking news revealed at the end of volume 16。 We do get to see a little more of the Ten Master Clans inner workings and their relationship with the Japanese government but otherwise it's still pretty bad。 。。。more
